Kanata Community Church is seeking a Christ-centered pastor. We hope for a self aware pastor who embodies servant leadership and guides our congregation into deeper discipleship, spiritual vitality, community service and global mission. We desire a pastor who is deeply grounded in knowledge and love of Scripture and open to fresh interpretations and mutual learning that speak into our current context. We are praying for a pastor that loves people, enjoys teaching in formal and informal ways, and leads with humility, emotional intelligence, curiosity, and presence.
We are looking for someone who is both theologically rooted and pastorally warm; someone able to teach with clarity, communicate directly and compassionately, lead with courage, and walk alongside people with wisdom and care.
